Misjav's Terms & Conditions — Please read before becoming a member

1. General Terms & Introduction

Misjav (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "misjav") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the misjav website and all its services.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

Misjav's services are available to individuals aged 18 and above only. Registration and gaming by minors is strictly prohibited.

Misjav may request a National ID or birth certificate at any time to verify a member's age. If a member is found to be underage, their account will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

4. Deposit & Payment Policy

Misjav accepts Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers for deposits. The minimum deposit is ৳500.

Important Payment Terms:

• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking or bank account registered in the member's own name.
• Deposits made through third parties or using someone else's account are strictly prohibited.
• After a deposit, your balance is typically updated within 5–15 minutes.
• If a delay occurs due to a payment gateway issue, please contact support.
• Misjav does not charge any deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.

5. Withdrawals & Claiming Winnings

Your account must be verified before withdrawing funds from misjav. Withdrawals on verified accounts are typically processed within 1–24 hours.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking or bank account registered in the member's own name.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, the applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000. For larger amounts, please contact our support team.
• In cases of suspicious activity, misjav reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Misjav regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Bonuses typically carry a 10x to 30x wagering requirement — refer to the specific offer details.
• Bonuses can be used to place bets, but wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Misjav reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.

7. Betting Rules & Conditions

The following rules apply when placing bets on misjav. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

Key Betting Terms:

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the market and event.
• If a bet is accepted with incorrect odds due to a technical error, misjav reserves the right to void that bet or adjust the odds.
• In-play betting may reflect a delay from real-time events, resulting in discrepancies with the actual situation — this is an inherent risk of in-play betting.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If match-fixing or foul play is suspected, misjav may suspend or void the relevant bets.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on misjav. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots or automated software for betting.
• Match fixing or using insider information to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate the system through hacking or other technical means.
• Using another member's details to conduct transactions.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Harassing other members on the platform or engaging in inappropriate conduct.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

Misjav reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or incomplete registration information.
• Confirmed underage status.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Direction from a court, government authority, or law enforcement agency.

Members may also close their account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (provided there are no pending bonus conditions) will be returned.

10. Responsible Gaming

Misjav believes online gaming is for entertainment — not a source of income. We actively promote responsible betting.

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from betting for a set period or permanently.
